Return and Refund Policy
We stand by our commitment to customer satisfaction with a hassle-free 7-day return policy. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure a smooth process for you.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.
Initiate your return by reaching out to us at email@example.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
At Ryan Decor, we take warranty claims seriously, conducting thorough investigations for each case. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete the investigation and resolve your warranty claim.

Note: It’s essential to note that replacements or refunds aren’t granted for changes of mind, finding a cheaper option elsewhere, dissatisfaction with the purchase, or ordering the wrong item. In such cases, transportation costs will be charged at actual rates.
Return your purchase to Ryan Decor within 7 days of receiving it, in an undamaged and resaleable condition. You can exchange it for another item or opt for a refund.
For outstation orders, send the product to our address at 204, 2nd floor, Gupta Tower II, (Opp. PVR), Vikas Puri, Delhi – 110018, in the original package. Once we receive the product in good condition, refunds will be processed within 3 – 4 business days.
Specific to Cane Furniture:
- For orders valued below Rs.30,000, cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours.
- For orders valued above Rs.30,000, cancellations are accepted only within 72 hours. No cancellations are permitted after production completion, and a 60% order cancellation fee is applicable.
In alignment with our shipping policy, we calculate shipping costs at 17% of the product’s price based on the shipper’s price list. Note that shipping charges may vary, especially for remote locations or based on the distance between the shipper’s hub and the delivery point. In case of any adjustments to the shipping cost, Ryan Decor reserves the right to proceed with order processing or offer the option to cancel, issuing a refund to the customer.
Please be aware that a valid ID or address proof needs to be submitted as per shipper policy to authenticate delivery with the invoice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Faulty and Damaged Items
Where an item has been delivered either faulty or damaged, for a warranty claim to be opened the customer must provide.
- your Name and Email Address;
- a brief description of the issue;
- order number, the item name and serial number, if applicable;
- date of purchase; and
- for items that faulty or damaged, photo and or video footage detailing the problem.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Some items come with a 12/24 month warranty which you may seek a service for the item. Extended warranties for your peace of mind may also be available for some items. Please refer to the item listing for warranty period.
This warranty is not available for:
- damage due to misuse by you or the user;
- any accessories or bonus gifts, including (but limited to) batteries, carry bags, etc;
- cosmetic damage, to boxes, packaging or exterior surfaces (including during transit);
- damage caused by use with another item;
- damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause;
- damage caused by operating an item outside any guidelines published for use;
- items that have been modified to alter functionality or capability without the prior written permission of Ryan Decor
- defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the Item,
- if we believe the item is stolen based on information provided by law enforcement authorities, or
- Where proof of purchase (invoice or paid Order confirmation) cannot be provided.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically refund your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return – Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items, as shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. The duration for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
